Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital service

Premium plans on SSC CGL Prep unlock digital content (mock tests, practice questions and analytics) immediately after successful payment. Because access is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once premium features have been used.

When we do refund

• Failed activation: you were charged but premium was not activated on your account — full refund or manual activation, your choice.
• Duplicate payment: the same plan charged twice — the duplicate is refunded in full.
• Accidental purchase, unused: if you contact us within 48 hours of payment and have not attempted any premium test in that period, we will refund the amount.

How to request

Email skrai.bansalco@gmail.com from your registered email within 7 days of the transaction, with the payment reference shown in your profile's payment history. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.

Cancellation

Premium plans are fixed-duration purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions — nothing is charged automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your plan simply expires at the end of its validity.
