Terms of Service

1. The service

SSC CGL Prep (hariyaas.space) provides online mock tests, practice questions and performance analytics for SSC examination preparation. We are an independent preparation platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) or any government body.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep access to your email secure, since login uses email OTPs. One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Fair use

• Content on this platform (questions, solutions, analytics) is for your personal preparation only.
• Copying, scraping or republishing our question bank is not permitted.
• Using unfair means during mock tests only harms your own preparation; repeated abusive behaviour may lead to account suspension.

4. Premium plans and payments

• Premium plans unlock the full test library and advanced analytics for the stated duration.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR inclusive of applicable taxes.
• If a payment is charged but premium is not activated, contact us within 7 days for resolution or refund.
• Since digital content is delivered immediately, refunds are otherwise offered only for duplicate or failed transactions.

5. Disclaimer

Mock scores, ranks and percentiles are indicative and based on our platform's data only — they do not guarantee any outcome in actual examinations. The service is provided "as is"; we aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access.
